Being a Chocolate Cake lover, I was always on the look out for the "perfect commercial recipe" i.e. delicious ! dark ! and EASY TO Make.

There are plenty of "good" chocolate cakes around, but have you seen what goes into them ??. Apart from costing a small fortune to make, they all involve a lot of time and effort to produce, heaps of chocolate, lots of eggs, [separated no doubt] and a ton of butter, which had to be creamed, etc. etc. etc.

To do all that commercially took too long... ended up being far to expensive and, more often than not, were not especially great tasting anyway.

I tried 35 recipes trying to find that elusive GREAT Chocolate Cake. 

Then, about a year after I started looking for "That Special Recipe" we were on holiday...lazing about...and I decided to jot down a few notes, based on my experience with cakes and producing easy "mouth watering" recipes.........

Then The Penny Dropped 

I Had My Answer !! 

So I produced my own recipe for what I now call, "Black Magic Cake". It took the next couple of months playing with the mixture,  before the best recipe for the Cake was discovered!

• Five (5) Minutes to prepare.
• Delicious !! Oh My......Is it Truly Delicious!!.
• So Dark....I Called it " Black Magic Cake".
• Super Moist Leave it at room temperature overnight
• The longer you leave it out the better becomes.
• Very Reasonable to make.
• So tasty ....you can serve it for desert with a chocolate sauce.
• And you don't need to be an Baker to produce a superb cake.
• And best of all, just put all the ingredients into the mixer and beat it.
